This is the best way to cook this delicious dish.

.4 bunch of Collared Green washed and chopped

.2 tbsp. butter

.4 tbsp. olive oil

.2 cups of vegetable broth

.2 cups water

.1 tbsp. salt

.1 tsps. black pepper

.5 cloves of Garlic

In a medium sauce pan over medium heat add butter, olive oil and garlic, sauté for a few seconds, add the chopped Collared Green and cook for a min or two, add vegetable broth, water, salt and black pepper.
Cook covered for 30 minutes, add extra water if needed.

Serve as a side dish with fried chicken.

Making Hummus at home is so easy and this recipe is the authentic Middle Eastern Hummus, could be served with olive oil or meat but that is another recipes.

.1 Can 29 OZ of Garbanzo Beans

.1/2 cup good quality Tahini

.1/2 cup of warm water

.1/4 cup lemon juice

.1/2 tbsp. salt

.1/2 tsps Cumin

Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans in warm water, in food processor add beans and pulse until its course.

Add the rest of the ingredient and mix well for about a minute or two, or until completely smooth.

Add water, as you need if it is too thick. Adjust the salt and lemon to your desired test.
You could add garlic to your hummus, it is completely optional.
