I made a really delicious fish for dinner last night, brought me back to my childhood when my mom used to make this dish, although her fish was fried I made mine the healthier way by roasting the fish in the oven, the side dishes I made to accompany were roasted potatoes and roasted cauliflower.

Tahini sauce is the best complement to this dish!
