My dinner and his dinner 

 

I been eating healthy for a while now and so far I have lost about 40 lb yaaaay me!!

swiss chardMy dinner is sautéed swiss chard with garlic and lemon, 1/2 cup of water to create a broth, cover and cook for 3 minutes…

No oil or butter, just a nonfat cooking spray.

Baked flounder fish in the oven for 8 minutes 350 preheated oven, simple salt and pepper and its done!

His dinner is chicken helper that I made up in ten minutes!
