tomato salad
Easy refreshing side dish, its made in few minutes when you are crunched for time.
.5 Medium Tomatoes
.1/4 Medium onion
.1 tbsp. minced fresh Parsley
.1 tbsp. minced fresh Cilantro
.1/4 tsp. Cumin powder
.1 tbsp. Salt
.1 tbsp. Olive oil
.Juice of half a Lemon or to taste
Chop the tomato and onion to medium size, add parsley, cilantro, salt, cumin, olive oil and lemon juice and mix well and serve.
one of my favorite food to pair with this delicious salad is my Cauliflower omelet.
